Privacy Notice

FunRunHub is a static website with no user accounts or advertising scripts. We use hosting logs and limited performance measurements to operate and improve the site, as described below.

Hosting And Server Logs

The site is delivered via the content delivery network of BUNNYWAY d.o.o. (bunny.net). When you visit, technical connection data (including your IP address, time of request, requested URL, and user agent) is processed to deliver the pages, protect against abuse, and derive aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation). Log data is kept only as long as technically necessary.

Performance Measurements

When enabled, our first-party Glimstone service receives Core Web Vitals measurements: loading speed (LCP), interaction responsiveness (INP) and visual stability (CLS). Each report contains the metric name, value, a per-metric identifier and update sequence, and a coarse mobile or desktop viewport category. These identifiers distinguish measurements; they are not stored as persistent visitor identifiers.

These performance reports omit page URLs, referrers, cookies and detailed attribution. They are kept for up to 30 days. The measurement client sends no report when your browser expresses Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Preview sites and automated browsers are excluded. The receiving service necessarily handles the network connection, including your IP address, but does not store it in the performance report.

Fonts

This site's typography loads from Google Fonts. Your browser requests font styles and files from Google's font domains, which receive the connection data needed to deliver them.

Local Preferences

The light/dark theme toggle stores your preference in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing.

E-Mail Contact

If you e-mail us, we process your address and message content to handle the enquiry — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Contactinfo@tilon.studio to exercise them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
