Privacy notice

FunRunHub is a static website: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics or ad scripts, and has no user accounts or forms. The only personal data processed is what any web request technically requires — described below.

Hosting and server logs

The site is delivered via the content delivery network of BUNNYWAY d.o.o. (bunny.net). When you visit, technical connection data (including your IP address, time of request, requested URL, and user agent) is processed to deliver the pages, protect against abuse, and derive aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation). Log data is kept only as long as technically necessary.

Local preferences

The light/dark theme toggle stores your preference in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing.

E-mail contact

If you e-mail us, we process your address and message content to handle the enquiry — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Contact info@tilon.studio to exercise them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
